We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping. Prices for shipping are calculated based on your order and your delivery address. The shipping final prices are going to be available during the check-out process, to know exactly how much the shipping will cost you. Monday through Friday are our ship operation, we only ship out during the business days. IF YOU select 2-Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping we need to receive those orders Monday- Wednesday before 3:00 pm to process the order on time. Please email us at to confirm availability for weekend delivery options ONLY IN LOCAL DELIVERIES.
Due extreme bad weather can impact some shipping can be canceled or ship the following business day. To ensure quality and freshness products we recommend you use expedited shipping on fragile items such as champagne and wine. We kindly remind you that all delivery dates are subject to change at the discretion of FEDEX.
Our priority is that you received your order as safe and fast as possible, meanwhile, we cannot guarantee the delivery on a specific day. Once the order has left our store, it is out of our hands. Please keep in mind that Ground Shipping doesn’t guarantee a specific timeframe for delivery, it's approximate. If you know you need your order quickly, we recommend that you use an Expedited Shipping option to get on time.
Once we received your order and ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number and order location all along the way. If the shipping company tries to deliver the package and nobody is there to sign for it, you will get an email from us with instructions. You can always track your order by logging into your account and using your order number always it's in your email.
FedEx doesn’t usually allow shipments containing alcohol to be rerouted. We ask that you, please confirm that the address that you enter during check-out is correct, prior to submitting your order. If a package needs to be redirected, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work with FedEx to make that correction for you. There will be an extra $20.00 for address changes submitted after the package has left our store, that fee comes from the carrier company, so we have to charge it.
Every order is sent in FedEx and UPS corrugated-proof packaging, shipping glass can be stressful, but we have pretty much the experiences and a technique to obtain a safe package to you. Just in case you are sending a bottle to a friend, we offer a free printed gift card with your orders. Invoices are never included in our packages, if you need a copy, please send an email requesting.
Shipping alcohol is a little restrictive law and rules. We can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, and Hospitals, or outside the Continental US. We can’t ship to Post Offices, UPS or FedEx Stores, Boxes Pack, and Ship Facilities. Please remember and make sure that your package cannot be shipped by law to any places where there will not be someone 21 years or over available to sign for the delivery.
Alcohol shipping restrictions vary by state and are constantly changing. For this reason, we are currently unable to ship wine or spirits to the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia.
If your order is refused upon delivery or returned after three delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the fees associated with the return shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If an order is returned and you’d like us to reship it to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as the fees associated with reshipping.
We’d really like to prevent your order from coming back to us. A door tag with all pertinent information will be left after each failed delivery attempt and UPS will usually hold the package for an additional week before returning it to us. If you can't be home to sign for the package you can always arrange pickup from a UPS facility in your area.
If you ever receive a damaged package from us as soon you got it, YOU HAVE ONLY 24 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVED TO OPEN A CLAIM. Please take a few pictures as a proof INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE BOTTLE (S) AND THE PACKAGE AS WELL, and please email us at email@example.com so we can open an investigation with the shipping company and replace your product IF WE HAVE AVAILABLE IF NOT, WE REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO THE CREDIT CARD USED.
If the buyer or an agent of the buyer will not be able to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery, the shipment should be scheduled for another date. If the loss or breakage is not noted on the Shipper’s documents and if our company LEJEUENE LIQUORS is not notified of a claim of loss or breakage within 24 hours of delivery, the claim will not be honored.
Extreme fluctuation in temperature may cause the cork or stopper to expand and retract and causing some bottles to leak. This can be normal, however, if you receive a bottle that is leaking, please contact our Customer Service or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
