From the South Pacific Distillery, in the heart of the Fiji Islands, this unique version of Plantation Rum is an alliance of distillations in column stills and Charentais and was distilled in 2009. Very intense, this rum was aged 7 years in Fiji in bourbon casks and 2 years at Château de Bonbonnet in cognac barrels Ferrand.
