Is produced with the Angustifolia agave, also known as Espadin. The agave name comes from the Latin meaning "narrow" describing its leaves shape. Agave Espadin is native to Oaxaca, and it grows on soil that is very rich in minerals and nutrients, transforming the agave of at least 8-years old to create the perfect Mezcal. It has tomato leaf, Thai basil, and fresh turmeric root aroma with hints of smoke and a smooth finish on the palate.
