Today 42 Below vodka is made with a four-column distillation process using GM-free wheat.Passionfruit is more universally recognised compared to the Feijoa fruit - which is used in 42 Below Feijoa Vodka. The soft flavours of passionfruit requires more fruit to be used when making this vodka. The end product is bittersweet and juicy on the palate with a long and fruity finish.
